The CCN - Ballet de Lorraine is recruiting two dancers for Apprenticeships for the 2026/2027 season.
The apprenticeships with the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine aims to facilitate the transition of young choreographic artists 18 to 25 years old from higher education training programs to a professional career.
Each season, young apprentices are recruited following an audition process and benefit from an 11-month fixed-term contract. During this period, they rehearse and perform pieces from the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine’s repertoire and participate in the creation process. The CCN’s environment allows them to gain valuable experience as a dancer through a complete immersion with the daily life of the company and its multiple missions (residency, associated artist, artistic and cultural education).
They can also benefit from CCN’s resources to plan and develop their professional career path.
Profil
- High technical level in contemporary, classical and improvisational dance techniques
- Pointe technique appreciated
- Dancers between 18 and 25 years old
Modalities
- Pre-selection by CV
- The schedule and location of the audition will be communicated later to the selected candidates
- Availability requested from August 24, 2026
- Professionalization contract (fixed term of 11 months)
- Remuneration: 55 to 70% of the salary level 1 of the CCNEAC (Convention collective nationale des entreprises artistiques et culturelles), choreographic artist status, according to age and level of education.
