During our programs at the Opéra National de Lorraine, we have concocted some extras for you and your family to enjoy. Be it quick workshops for the grownups, longer ones for the kids, or simple discussions with the artistic crew, we have you covered to make your experience full and fulfilling.



Warming Up The Gaze

An hour before the performance, Joris Perez, a choreographic artist and community outreach coordinator, reveals some key elements to better understand the work, through a physical approach accessible for all audiences.

Aftershow chat

At the end of the first performance of a new work performed at the Opéra national de Lorraine, Petter Jacobsson, the managing director of the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine, as well as – depending on the program – a choreographer and/ or one of the company dancers, will speak about their work on the piece, and answer audience questions.

We take care of the kids!

Parents, you now have a choice! During Sunday shows, you may either attend the performance with your children, or leave them with us for a fun workshop about the piece, directed by Joris Perez, former dancer and artistic liaison. Another way to enjoy the dance with your family!
